Comparison swatches of Giorgio Armani Purpurra and Burberry Midnight Plum
Chloe, a reader asked for me to make a comparison of Giorgio Armani's Eyes to Kill Purpurra and Burberry Sheer Eye Shadow in Midnight Plum I thought I would let the pictures to the talking. So for you Chloe! :)
Somedays I like my eye shadows to be plain old matte too. I used to skip buying mattes but now I realise how beautiful and understated a matte shadow can be.
Hi Jacq! Thanks so much for this post :) The main difference seems to be the sparkle in ETK that makes it look lighter. They're both beautiful though (especially together!) so I think I might still need to get my hands on this one too ;) Thanks again!
ETK is definitely more glittery :)
ReplyDeleteYou know your ETKs well. You are right Purpurra is the glittery one.
DeleteBoth are very pretty, I feel I don't suit shadows that have too much glitter in them anymore so think I'd go for the Burberry :)

ReplyDeleteThanks again!
You are welcome Chloe :)
DeleteBeen eyeing Purpurra for the longest time, just cos it's purple, but it doesn't impresses me. But it does look impressive when compared with Burberry.
ReplyDeleteJoyce, if you love purples and plums Purpurra is a lovely purple to add to your collection.
